We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. We apologize, but we are unable to accept checks so please plan ahead if this is your payment method of choice. When an unexpected illness or accident occurs, unexpected expenses often go hand in hand.

We at Apalachee River Animal Hospital understand this and work with the CareCredit program to be able to offer an alternative payment option. Applying is easy, and approval takes minutes, we can often pre-approve you prior to your arrival with your client information. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 3 monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital, for immediate approval or apply yourself at home online at: www.CareCredit.com. We recommend having a CareCredit account set up prior to needing it because it is often stressful when the need actually arises. CareCredit is specifically designed to cover veterinary and human medical expenses that are not covered by insurance.
